Herbs and spices are among the most versatile and widely used ingredients in food processing. As well as their traditional role, they have been increasingly used as natural preservatives and for their potential health-promoting properties.
In a mountain mosaic, on the Chasia and Kamvounia Corphes (Greek for mountain tops), in unspoiled lands and woodlands, we produce herbs and plants of the fihest quality, perfectly integrated in their natural microclimate.
The frequent north winds, the low amount of humidity and the great temperature fluctuation between day and night attribute the area’s microclimate unique properties.
