Α handmade jam 100% from blackberries of our own production. It is made without any sugar, preservatives, coloring agents or glucose. It only contains fruit and its sweet taste is due to grape juice. Fruit harvest takes place at dawn, by hand and without using any mechanical means. After a second rigorous sorting, it is packed and transferred to our small industry for jam production. Blackberries are processed within a few hours, so the fruit’s intensity remains undiminished in the final product, without its physical characteristics being downgraded. The fruits along with a small amount of natural grape juice inside 20kg bronze pots boil in low heat and are pasteurized in glass jars of 260g each.
